A hook is the first 2 to 3 seconds of a video ad, the part that stops someone scrolling. Every ad comes with 3 different openings, for example a problem line, a surprising visual, or a question, all leading into the same body and ending. You run them side by side and see which one gets the most people to watch and click. That’s why 1 ad = 3 files.
How much say do I have?
All of it. You pick the hooks, approve the script before production, choose the voice and caption style, and sign off on every cut. Nothing is final until you approve it.
What formats do I get?
Ready-to-run 9:16 MP4s for Meta and TikTok, plus 4:5 and 1:1 on Standard and Growth. Need a different size, length, or file type? Tell us and we'll send it over that way.
Do I own the ads?
Yes. Once paid, the final files are yours to run, edit, and reuse for your brand. Music is commercially licensed or left out so you can add your own.
What if I don't like it?
You approve the script before anything gets made, and revision rounds are included (1 on Starter, 2 on Standard and Growth). Any shot that doesn't look right gets replaced. Prices are final, so revisions are how we make it right.
Do you make customer testimonials?
No fake reviews and no made-up customers. Those are a legal risk for your brand under the FTC's rule on fake reviews and testimonials. We make demo, explainer, and brand-voice ads.
Can you make health or results claims?
Only your own approved wording, and you stay responsible for it. That matters most for supplements and beauty. Most of our ads lead with demos and features instead.
Which products work best?
Anything with a visible use: if you can show it working in a few seconds, it can probably be an ad.
What do you need from me?
